How do I register my license code for the Pamela Call Recorder?
After you puchased an activation key from our store, you will receive an email with a link to the webpage that will show you your activation code numer as well as instructions how to convert your trial version to a registered version.
Note that the activation code is only valid for Pamela Call Recorder.
How to enter the activation code:
Open the toolbar by double clicking on the tray icon (the pink flower).
You will see a link to the right saying "Buy unlimited recording". Clicking on the link opens the registration window where you can enter your purchased code. Enter the code in the field at (2) and click "Activate now!".
You may also register by clicking on the Pamela icon on the toolbar which opens a menu. Select "Register now". That will also show the registration window. Enter the code in field (2) and click "Activate now!.
Example of what the window looks like (screen might vary slightly depending on which Pamela version you have installed):
Note for users behind a proxy:
If you connect to the internet via a proxy server, you must check the
option on the registration window to be able to successfully register
Pamela for Skype. Then click the little button left of it (
) to open the proxy configuration screen. The configuration window will appear as below when
you click on the button.
