Skype Extras Manager error message

When you install the Pamela Call Recorder and you have Skype installed without the separate Extras Manager, you will see an error message.

In that case, please download the latest Skype version from www.skype.com/download and follow the steps below.

  1. Start SkypeSetup.exe
  2. Click on "Advanced" in first installer screen (left bottom corner)
  3. Check the option to install "Skype Plugin Manager"
  4. Continue and finish the installation

After that you will be able to install Pamela Call Recorder by running the setup file again.
