I want to install Pamela but the "Do More" menu in Skype is greyed out

The reason can be that you have unchecked the "Install Plugin Manager" from the Skype advanced installation options. This means the Extras Manager is not installed and the "Do More" menu under tools remains grey.

To fix this install Skype again but click on "Options" on the first install screen. Make sure "Plugin Manager" is selected.
