Voice overlap fixed in new Skype 4.0 Beta 2 release
Those that have the issue please upgrade to Skype 4.0 Beta 2 - we have used it the past weeks in production and it is stable enough. It also has the new "Compact Mode" which makes Skype 4.0 behave as Skype 3.8 did (visually). For those that resented the new, larger user interface you can now use compact mode and this works great!

No Pamela upgrade is required as the bug originates in Skype.
